Project Overview

This commercial buildout for Zheng's transformed a raw space into a fully operational grocery store. The project included refrigeration installation, retail display areas, back-of-house storage, washroom facilities, and all required mechanical and electrical infrastructure. The design balances an inviting shopping experience with efficient store operations.

The Challenge

The grocery store conversion required extensive mechanical upgrades including commercial refrigeration, ventilation, and electrical capacity, all within an existing commercial unit with limited ceiling height.

Our Solution

Our team conducted a thorough assessment of the existing infrastructure early in the project. We designed custom mechanical routing solutions to accommodate the refrigeration and ventilation requirements within the ceiling constraints, and coordinated all inspections to maintain the project schedule.
